A very sweet movie. You follow these two in a journey of friendship and an emotional affair. I don't fully understand the movie but it left me feeling good. I saw something not only beautiful but I heard something beautiful. I loved at the end the guy's gift to the girl... SO SWEET. 3 out of 4

i really liked this movie too. hard to explain why. no terribly good-looking actors/actresses, not a lot of drama, no special effects, but just a good story and good music.
i second jwk. i was worried that i may have hyped it up too much to people, and i'm glad that you were still able to enjoy it. i think the thing that made me love it was the real longing people have for intimacy, the loneliness, but also the responsibility and commitment that were strong enough to forgo your own desire to fulfill that longing. it was heartbreaking, yet beautiful.
